- Within Crèvecoeur le Grand:
2 markets take place in Crèvecoeur, the first one on Thursday afternoons, selling fruit and vegetables and clothes, and a second one on Sunday mornings, with local products essentially.
The Coulée Verte is a 12 km-long hiking trail, that used to be a rail-way. Today, it is a beautiful place to go for a walk, for a family trip on bikes or a picnic. It is calm, and very pretty. It also goes through typical Picard villages.
Since the beginning of the month, the Steam Train has started its trips, taking us from Crèvecoeur to Saint-Omer en Chaussée. A beautiful trip for sight-seeing, that you can try every second Sunday of the month until September.

- Tourism in Picardy :
The rural museum in Hétomesnil is only a 5 minute drive away, but is also accessible on a hike. It is very regularly animated, and you will also find a maze-maze, fun for children and adults !
Gerberoy, only 25 minutes away, was voted one of the most beautiful villages in France. It is known for its beautiful roses, and is a charming, picturesque little village, ideal for a spring/summer walk.
20 minutes away is the city of Beauvais, that opens up the doors to its majestic cathedral, that has the highest choir in the world. There are also a few museums, such as the tapestry museum, and the Oise-museum.
In Amiens, which is 35 minutes away from Crevecoeur, is located the biggest gothic cathedral in France. You will also be able to hop on to a barque, and sail around small gardens : the Hortillonnages. It is also a nice place to go shopping for instance.
- Castles around Crèvecoeur :
Only 20 minutes away is the Troissereux Castle, surrounded by a huge garden.
After an hour drive, you will find the Chantilly Castle, and also its equestrian equipments.
Finally, the beautiful Pierrefonds Castle is located only 1h15 away, where the series Merlin were shot.

Saint-Paul Parc is half an hour away, Parc Astérix is 1h15 away, and Disneyland Paris is 1h40 away. Fun and games for all ages !

As you can see, there will be no time to get bored during your stay. Crevecoeur is the ideal location for a calm break, but also near plenty of great places to see and visit !
